About the Role:
W e're seeking candidates across various experience levels to join our team:
Junior Roles (0-3 years experience): Ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field.
Mid-Level Positions (3-7 years experience): For professionals ready to take on more responsibility.
Senior Roles (7+ years experience): For experienced professionals to lead projects and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and analyse learning products
Create and maintain training materials and guides
Evaluate and optimise training delivery methods
Assess training requirements and monitor program effectiveness
Design and direct orientation and training programs
Supervise instructors and manage class schedules
Develop various instructional techniques and formats
Implement user-centred design principles
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Consulting business and delivery experience
Strong commitment to clients and team dedication
Passion for social and environmental impact
Security clearance (preferred)
Relevant sector experience (preferred)
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Proficiency in video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Webex, MS Teams)
Experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
Knowledge of engagement and evaluation software (e.g., Mentimeter)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
Background in Learning and Development
Background in Psychology or Social Science
Experience with Department of Defence systems
