In this position, you'll be based in Port, Melbourne office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we're unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement.

As a member of a cross-functional team focused on shared success, you will develop solutions for Computershare Communication Services and deliver solutions with first-time quality and adherence to ISO9001 procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Write high quality code, developing unit, functional and performance testing and manage promotion to production environments.Complete development work within the estimated time frame and budgetProvide insights and direction to teams to enhance the efficiency of technology solutions delivery to customers.Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, including direct customer engagement, when necessary, to ensure rapid resolution of queries and issues.Participate in peer code reviews against requirements and standards.Participate in quality issue investigations as required.Demonstrable ability to suggest and implement improvements to existing processes and toolsWhat will you bring to the role? The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
