Responsibilities:
Content creation
Oversee the creation of graphic content, including illustrations, animations, and video editing
Ensure all content aligns with each brand's guidelines and aesthetics standards before publications
Sign-off content that will be published in the platform and accessed by all our platform users.
Review design work to confirm it meets the necessary standards and objectives of internal and external projects.
Facilitate feedback sessions with the design team to continually improve processes and outputs.
Team coordination and task assignment
organize and assign task priorities
monitor the progress of projects and ensure deadlines are met
maintain a high standard in design output and creativity
support the training of junior designers by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Work closely with the marketing teams to develop and produce marketing materials.
Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand identity and meets internal requirements.
Client Interaction and Engagement:
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions through customer success programs.
Manage the setup and integration of content within our platform for clients.
Collaborate with the Jumpstart lead to ensure successful onboarding and client engagement with our platform.
System Proficiency and User Experience:
Attain full proficiency in using our platforms to manage and execute design projects effectively.
Understand the user journey and identify any system inconsistencies that may impact client experience.
Report and suggest improvements for any system issues to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
Excellent organizational and task management skills.
Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a creative team.
Experience in client management and engagement.
High attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
