Reporting directly to the Central Despatch Manager in Campbellfield head office, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, and responsible for providing a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
You will be trained in despatch and scheduling and work alongside the despatch team; there is also a large focus on incoming and outgoing phone calls, and scheduling and allocations of both premixed concrete and raw materials.
You will learn new skills with on-the-job training, be exposed to the construction materials industry and be part of a close-knit team, with potential opportunities to grow.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster (usually every second Saturday)
