Despatch & Logistics Coordinator

We currently have a vacancy for a Despatch & Logistics Assistant to work Day Shift (6am to 2pm) at our Dandenong branch. 
This is a hands-on role that will also see you involved with transport and despatch. Your main objective is to maintain the continual flow of the Despatch Office and to co-ordinate inwards freight and our direct deliveries in the most effective and cost-efficient method. 
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Distribution of paperwork to the shop floorLoad schedulingData collectionStock inventory controlData entry and invoicingScheduling delivery runs in line with customer expectationsIdeally, you will possess: Computer knowledge with excellent Excel skillsExcellent communication skillsDespatch / Warehouse experience is desired but not essentialRF scanning experience is advantageousAbility to multitask and work toward deadlinesWillingness to learnWhat's in it for you?
