We're looking for an experienced Desktop Support Team Leader to manage our dedicated desktop support team, providing high-level technical support and guidance, while driving the performance, security, and administration of our Microsoft 365 environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic collaboration to enhance Omni's IT operations and infrastructure.
What You'll Do As the Desktop Support Team Leader, you will:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Oversee IT operations, including technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, to ensure the reliability and security of Omni's IT systems.Manage Omni's ICT infrastructure with a focus on M365, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and Windows Desktop/Server, ensuring smooth daily operations and rapid issue resolution.Collaborate with vendors and manage technical partnerships, supporting a specialized on-premises network and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and supporting employee development.Ensure cybersecurity across Omni's ICT systems, maintaining strict adherence to IT policies, data security standards, and compliance.Support technology projects that advance Omni's innovation and scalability goals, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.Report to the General Manager of Operations on team progress, operational outcomes, and risk management.The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni:
