We are Hiring Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer Australia wideMinimum 6 months to 2 years of Experience.Required Duties & Skills:
Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure. Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP Understanding of Firewall,VLANs,Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server,Teamviewer and Storage. Windows OS Server and Client Solid understanding of switching and routing Familiar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers Full Working rights to work in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
