Designer X2 (Heavy Engineering Design, Inventor & Vault Experience)

Edit, update & modify new & existing engineering designs, in AutoCAD & Inventor.
Between 2 & 5 years of design experience, a diverse & hybrid role.
$40 to $55 per hour, depending on experience, office-based - not remote work.
The Client:    Established 50 years ago, a growing organization that delivers sustainable heavy industrial products to several industries.
They are looking for 2 x Designers / Draftspersons with a multi-skilled design background, this work will be a mix of structural and mechanical design.
Key Responsibilities: Within this role, you will clarify and improve 3D designs by liaising with internal sales teams, external suppliers, EPCMs / end clients, logistics departments, aftermarket professionals, and manufacturing and production teams.
Working directly with engineering, sales staff, and customers to produce Structural Drafts and Mechanical Designs with AutoCAD and Inventor (previous Inventor experience is essential).
Concept mechanical designs and drafts from beginning through to build (motors, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, couplings).
Structural Steel fabrication and support structure designs, both new design and updating existing drafts (pipework, roofing, stairs, walkways, platforms).
Design and drafting of tanks, belt filters, bins, and much more.
Produce bills of materials from sketches created.
Data management and system admin.
Salary: Our client offers competitive remuneration packages, which vary with regards to experience, $40 to 55 per hour + Super.
