Design Project Officer

As the appointee you will, under general direction, provide support to the Campus Planning Associate Director, Architectural and Design Leads, Space Planning and Campus Activation Manager to deliver on design briefs, approvals under the signage and design guidelines, procurement, project documentation, meeting minutes and activation support.About you Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in interior or graphic designSubstantial experience of compliance, design, creative briefs and documentation packages Substantial experience in supporting stakeholder management activities in a complex institutional environment or equivalent Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, along with high-level consultation and negotiation skills Proven ability to develop, manage, and allocate resources effectivelyHighly developed planning and organisational skills Proficiency in a range of computing skills, including Adobe Creative Suite including in-design, illustrator and photoshop, Auto CAD, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email
