Design Manager

A dynamic, Melbourne based developer/builder who completes internal developments across the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs.
The role? We are seeking a Design Manager to assist in the delivery of a portfolio of exciting apartment developments (BTS & BTR) for a stable, well regarded Construction/Development Group.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process for large-scale apartment developmentsCoordinate with internal teams, architects, and contractors to ensure project successOversee design quality, ensuring projects meet all aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standardsProvide solutions to design-related challenges while maintaining project timelines and budgetsExperience? The successful candidate will come from a T1/T2 background in architecture or construction with proven experience in design management, particularly in apartment developments.
A minimum of 5 years experience with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills is required.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
