My client is already off to an incredible start to 2024, turning down work as they are too busy! They have a very strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients. They are now hiring an experienced Design Manager due to growth and project wins.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including, industrial, retail, health, community, and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.

5+ years of experience in the role

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. Your Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 5+ years industry experience designing projects between $20m - $80m+
