Design Manager

Lead the in house Design Function. work with an excellent team on existing a new projects. Manage projects valued up to $20m. Based in Bowen Hills.
Join a builder who is expanding their Brisbane office, building an excellent management team and breaking into new industry markets.

The Opportunity
The current design management role is split, however the pipeline of work and expected growth means this will be a stand-alone role in line with company growth.
About You
You have previous design management experience working on Education / Industrial or commercial projects and you are looking to progress in your career.
Ideally you will be Degree Qualified in either building, engineering, or architecture.
You will have a main contractor experience from a Design Manager, Project Engineer or SPE background
