We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to well as experience in a similar Design role, specifically you will need to have:Past experience acting as Design Manager on CFI design projects.Strength in, and passion for, design management, and the leadership of design ability to lead and / or contribute to large Defence tenders, typically in the DSC and DSSC formats, with experience in proposal writing and fee setting.Experience as a designer either as an engineer, architect or other design discipline before graduating to the Design Manager role. Our Design Managers need practical experience as design practitioners themselves.A tertiary education degree in engineering, architecture, or similar.NV1 security classification or ability to obtain NV1 (Australian citizenship essential).Think you know Aurecon?
