Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a design vision aligned with our clients brand identity.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing design team, contributing to a culture of innovation and creativity.
Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Design Excellence: Lead the creation of exceptional design solutions across various digital platforms, from concept to execution.
Design Research: Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions and drive customer-centric outcomes.
Conceptual Creativity: Drive innovative and original design concepts that push the boundaries of our industry.
Project Management: Oversee design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
About You You are a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven ability to lead and inspire design teams. You are equally adept at strategic thinking and hands-on design execution, and possess a keen eye for detail and innovation.
Proven experience in design leadership. An ability to deeply understand brands and their target audiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Experience leading design research projects and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A strategic mindset with the ability to think big while delivering tangible results. A passion for automotive design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity. Why us?
