Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a creative professional to conceptualize, develop, and deliver innovative ideas for integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves overseeing the complete rollout of key brand and marketing materials, including print and video, as well as managing the coordination of all events.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead the design and production of key marketing materials across various internal and external channels and mediums Deliver fresh, innovative, and engaging design solutions, maintaining brand awareness and familiarity with emerging design trends and technologies to maximize design quality Support and execute the design elements of key marketing projects Oversee all artwork creation to ensure high-quality design Interpret briefs and manage projects from concept to finished art Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of the marketing strategy Manage the events calendar, including delegate registrations, merchandise, and administrative support About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be:
Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Exceptional oral and written communication abilities Self-motivated and adept at managing priorities and time efficiently Capable of collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders Adaptable to a dynamic, ever-changing environment A team player who can effectively contribute and share knowledge and skills Innovative mindset, constantly seeking creative solutions to enhance past experiences Takes the initiative for continuous personal development, consistently identifying and honing skills and talents Demonstrates integrity through honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness 5 years' experience in graphic design 3 years' experience in production management Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier/Moovly Thorough understanding of design, video production, typography, print processes, and techniques Strong skills in Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word Desirable digital experience including edm building, basic animation, Adobe After Effects Experienced in the concept-to-rollout process Capable of managing multiple briefs and projects with flexibility in prioritization Demonstrated advanced layout and design capabilities with a portfolio of past work Proven track record in event coordination About us: Uniti Group is an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing word-class digital infrastructure company.
