The role:The team is expanding and searching for someone who thinks out of the box and naturally stays ahead of the trends. You are full of energy, highly capable in both creative design and documentation, and are looking to make your mark.
Coming into a tight-knit, highly innovative team, you would have the opportunity to both drive your own projects with design autonomy and to work closely and collaboratively with our passionate directors.
Key Responsibilities:To demonstrate architectural excellence through (but not limited to):
Experience in communicating complex design ideas through creative presentation methods and design tools. Experience using Revit . Demonstrate design and technical aptitude. Communicate clearly with hand-drawn diagrams, sketches, and illustrations. Understand and influence construction methods, consents, standards, materials, and specifications. Ability to clearly relate designs to relevant codes and local authority requirements. Buildability, knowledge, and experience. Knowledge of NCC and local planning codes.
What you'll need: 7+ years of experience in an Australian Architecture firm Experience in commercial, multi-residential, healthcare, or retail/mixed-use projects Masters degree in Architecture or similar Proven experience of delivering high standard designs across a range of projects Advanced in Revit
