Project Manager - Commercial Fitout - Salary up to 200k Our client delivers a range of commercial fitout projects in the Melbourne CBD & Metro areas. The builder delivers projects in various sectors including commercial, health, education, retail & hospitality.
As the Project Manager , you will deliver projects up to the value of $15 Million.

As the Project Manager , you will be responsible for:
Project Planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work Early Construction Involvement High-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiating skills Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has had sustained growth over many years. To be considered for the position of Project Manager , you will require:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects for a principal/Head contractor. Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded. Previously worked on D&C commercial fitout projects.
