Keystart is seeking a customer-centric executive to provide exceptional enterprise-wide leadership to cross-functional teams accountable for delivering an outstanding experience through the end-to-end customer journey.

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer is responsible for driving growth and delivering excellent customer experience through the development and ongoing improvement of customer-centric, efficient, and scalable strategies.
The position is tasked with creating and managing a portfolio of commercially viable products and services that support housing outcomes across the state and optimise growth within target customer segments, influencers, and stakeholders across government and the housing continuum.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this high-profile executive role, you will be experienced in leading customer outcomes, most likely from the financial services or B2C environments.
A passion for building customer centricity and experience embedding this across an organisation, along with experience leading innovative product development and revenue growth, is essential for success.
Your ability to drive continuous improvement and your direct experience in the utilisation of data and digital technologies to optimise customer experiences will be highly regarded.
