The leveraged product team (Broking and Markets) provide CommSec clients with access to trading and investing into leveraged products such as Exchange Traded Options (ETOs) and Margin Lending. We also support International and Australian Equities.

As part of the Leveraged Product team, you'll provide high quality service for the ETO client base and ensure all client enquiries are answered to the highest standards across all products throughout global markets trading times.

More specifically, you'll:

Provide timely and accurate levels of telephone and email service to Broking and Markets clients.

Ensure that all client enquiries are answered within desired service levels.

Proactively meet targets as they relate to KPIs and service levels across all products.

Proactively identify, manage and report risks to line management, ensuring no errors, trading or otherwise.

Ensure all client outbound and onboarding targets are met (telephone and email).

Ensure an excellent relationship is maintained with all clients on an ongoing basis to deliver best customer outcomes and CommSec revenue.

Identify and drive improvements to customer satisfaction, risk management and revenue outcomes.

Ensure internal clients are serviced appropriately to meet internal business requirements at the highest standards.

Be willing to support all teams across Broking and Markets, including HVC, Margin Lending and equity trading.

Ensure knowledge of derivative markets is maintained at the highest standards, and that knowledge of systems across multiple vendors is kept high to ensure client servicing and order processing is optimal.

Provide role-modelling behaviours for risk management of all products, especially as it relates to market-related credit risk, including margin calls and stress testing.

Ensure all targets are met and service levels are performed at a high-quality standard.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Experience in listed equities and cash markets.

2+ years financial markets experience.

Experience in customer service management to high quality results.

Experience with market-related information and trading systems (e.g. IRESS, Bloomberg, etc).

Experience within a dynamic trading environment.

Experience dealing with clients that have a high degree of financial sophistication and market knowledge.

Tertiary-level education in finance discipline, with postgraduate qualifications preferable.

RG146 accreditation.

Tier 1 accreditation in Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Margin lending preferable.

ADA 1 & 2 preferred.

Derivatives DTR accreditation preferred.
