Temporary - Full Time for up to 12 monthsSalary ranging from $79,032 to $86,539 pa + Super and Annual Leave LoadingWe are recruiting now to fill a temporary vacancy for up to 12 months for the role of Deputy Registrar, Muswellbrook and temporary full and part-time opportunities at Newcastle.
A talent pool may be created to fill future ongoing and temporary vacancies within the Newcastle Hub (Muswellbrook, Maitland, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Newcastle) that arise over the next 12 to 18 months.
The role Located in the local court, the Senior Client Services Officer/Deputy Registrar provides complex administrative services and delivers high-quality and professional services to clients.
The role supervises staff effectively allocating resources and provides 'hands-on' training and guidance.
You may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.
What you'll do In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing complex and high-quality administrative services within a court locationLiaising with a wide range of internal and external clientsPreparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondenceSupervising, guiding, training and providing support to a teamEffectively allocating resources to achieve daily goalsManaging complex inquiries and providing procedural assistance to clients and staff including researching, interpreting legislation, policy and court proceduresWhat we're looking for The successful candidates will have the following characteristics:
