Bunbury Catholic College invites applications from passionate and experienced education leaders for the position of Deputy Principal – Pastoral Care to commence from the beginning of Term 1, 2025.
POSITION:
DEPUTY PRINCIPAL – PASTORAL CARETENURE:
The initial term of employment is for 3 years from January 1, 2025 until 31 December 2027. Upon completion of a successful review in the third year, a second term of employment may be offered from January 1, 2028 to December 31 2031. Upon completion of a successful review during the seventh year, a further term of three years may be offered. At the conclusion of the tenth year, the position will be externally advertised, and the person will be able to re-apply for the position.

In accordance with Deputy Principal Salary, Category 6 – Level 6 (classification 02146) from CEWA salary scales 2024 The Deputy Principal – Pastoral Care is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who collaborates with the Principal and members of the SLT in the overall leadership and management of the College. The Deputy Principal is required to give unqualified support to the Catholic ethos of the College, both through witness and action.
