The successful applicant will work closely with the principal and other administration staff to provide educational leadership in the school, as well as develop and promote the school vision and priorities to students, staff, parents and the wider community.This position requires someone who ideally has a demonstrated ability and passion to develop teachers in using evidence-based approaches to a high degree of proficiency – through in-class modelling, observations and feedback and the facilitation of Professional Learning Communities.
