The Deputy Principal's role also includes line management, leadership responsibilities for Years 3-6, and strategic planning to best utilise human resources to support the diverse needs of the student cohort.In implementing whole-school approaches, the Deputy Principal will leverage their expertise in Positive Behaviour Support, successfully fostering positive, restorative outcomes for students with challenging behaviours.The ideal applicant should have strong interpersonal skills, resilience, trustworthiness, high organisational abilities, and a growth mindset.
