Reporting to the Head of Primary and working closely with a progressive Leadership Team, the Deputy Head of Primary will be a leader of student care who provides significant and visible support to the Head of Primary in the overall management across all areas of the Primary School.Commencing in Term 3, 2024 the role has a 0.2 FTE teaching load and is offered as a 3 year appointment with an ongoing substantive teaching position.The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at engaging all stakeholders in a high performing primary school community, providing leadership in the development of staff as continuous learners, maintaining sustained positive relationships with parents and visibly supporting community events.Southern Cross Grammar is committed to providing a safe environment for all children and young people.
