Seeking a highly efficient Deputy Director of Nursing for a permanent position at North Western Victoria!Full time position with ADOLocation: 3.5 hours from MelbourneFacility: This position will encompass the clinical management for two campuses, covering - Aged Care, Urgent Care, Community Care and Acute CareKey ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that safe, high-quality services are delivered to the community through building strong teams that are skilled, engaged, and dedicated to achieving this aim.Providing oversight to the quality and risk management and infection control programs, and working with the clinical team to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards to deliver services which are safe and of an exceptional standard.The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration to improve consumer care outcomes.Demonstrating leadership, working alongside The Executive Manager of Clinical Services and Executive Team.Knowledge and accurate use of risk management systems, such as Quality and Accreditation, Corporate/Clinical Governance policy development, and Operational Risk Management.Minimum RequirementsAHPRA registrationPostgraduate qualification in a health-related fieldEmployee Assistance ProgramPersonal and professional development opportunitiesAccommodation assistanceAbout Skilled NursingSkilled Nursing is a nursing division within Skilled Medical.
