Deputy Director General People, Culture and Standards Deputy Director General People, Culture and Standards Policy, Planning & Regulation, Government - State (Government & Defence)Full time$196,891 p.a. + 11.5% super and vehicle schemeAdvance your career by joining one of the most diverse public sector organisations in WA.About the roleThe Deputy Director General People, Culture and Standards role forms an integral part of our Department's leadership team.Reporting to the Director General, this role is responsible for working collaboratively with the executive team to implement an enhanced governance and accountability framework.This role also provides support and advice to Department leaders in responding to performance, risk management and misconduct matters.About People, Culture and Standards DivisionThe People, Cultures and Standards Division works in partnership with all entities within the Department and beyond to instil a values-based culture.The Division has a central role to play in auditing our services, promoting ethical conduct, investigating inappropriate or improper behaviour and in providing a safe environment to report unethical and inappropriate conduct across the Department.It is also the custodian of the Department's integrity framework which provides an integrated governance approach to protect the Department's integrity, expose and prevent misconduct, corruption, fraud and theft.
