Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Director in the provision of excellence in emergency medicine at ERHPromote and deliver excellence in emergency medicine training to Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) trainees, prevocational trainees and other health professionals and studentsWhen rostered clinically, assess and treat all categories of patients presenting to the Emergency Department along best practice guidelines, including stabilisation of the acutely ill patientMaintaining the senior roster for the Emergency Department in collaboration with the Director and Medical Workforce UnitAct for the Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine during leave or as otherwise operationally requiredQualifications/experience required: Registration with the Medical Board of AustraliaSignificant experience in Emergency MedicineAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
