In this managerial role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality education and training products in a competitive environment, while ensuring compliance with vocational standards, financial sustainability, and quality requirements.This position conceptualises, develops and oversees all aspects of the VET courses delivered by the School, including the management of staff and associated administrative responsibilities.In addition to your expertise in vocational education, leadership, and management, you will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Be Rewarded6 weeks annual leave.Generous carers and parental leave.17% superannuation (with a choice of joining an award-winning superfund).Flexible and inclusive work / life balance.Fantastic staff professional / career development opportunities.Access to an Employee Assistance Program.Position RequirementsPostgraduate qualification with significant work experience or extensive relevant work experience in the VET Sector.Knowledge and understanding of University management, governance and quality assurance frameworks, including the legislative and accountability requirements of the Australian Higher Education and Vocational Education sectors.Five or more years experience within a vocational education setting or another post-compulsory education setting and hold a recognised educational qualification.Proven expertise in the management of significant human and physical resources.Interpreting legislation and developing policies, procedures and plans particularly in relation to vocational education and training issues.Proven innovative and conceptual thinking, analysis of complex situations and development of delivery strategies which challenge traditional approaches.Successful assessment of a Fit and Proper Person Declaration under the Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) (RTO Standards).Apply today for a career that changes lives.Applications Close:
