This role will see you working to support Head Of Flying Operations (HOFO) of our Upstream Bass Strait operations, based in Longford Victoria, operating a modern fleet of 5 x AW-139's.
What you will doAs ExxonMobil Australia Deputy Head Of Flying Operations, you will be responsible to assist the Head Of Flying Operations with the following:
Control all flight crew training and operational matters affecting the safety of the flying operations as specified in CASR 1998Lead pilot group to achieve best practice outcomes while ensuring flawless safety, health and compliance performanceLead and develop the pilot team, with particular focus on maximising the contribution of each team member to the effective functioning of the team as a wholeEnsure standards of pilot performance, competencies and behaviour are met and continuously improved. This includes recognising good performance, addressing poor performance and initiating any corrective actionAbility to recognise and develop improvement opportunities About You Your broad range of skills and experience will enable you to effectively support business needs, opportunity generation and support the EAPL Head Of Flying Operations. Ideally, suitable candidates will bring the following:
