About the Opportunity The Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is seeking a full-time Deputy Chief Executive Officer in Broome, WA. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead key operational teams and strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of culturally responsive healthcare aligned with BRAMS' Model of Care and Quality Care Framework. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing teams across Finance, Quality Management, and Primary Health Support Mentoring staff through goal setting, performance reviews, and development Implementing operational plans for fundraising, income generation, and innovation Overseeing financial management, budgeting, audits, and grant reporting Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations as a healthcare, NDIS, and aged care provider Leading quality management and accreditation initiatives Managing work health and safety programs for staff and clients Supporting strategic plan execution and acting as CEO when required Building relationships with government bodies and securing relevant grants About You To qualify, you'll need a tertiary qualification in Business Administration (or related field), with and at least 5 years of leadership experience. Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in guiding strategic initiatives, are essential.
