Depot Operations Officer, Wagga Wagga

We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia.
We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury. We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join our team at our Wagga Depot (Bomen). The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the depot including some forklift duties.
As a support role within the depot, key duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with rostersLubricants and some fuel delivery schedulingAttending to general enquiriesDaily depot processingGeneral administration tasksLubricants warehouse managementFleet and compliance record managementProviding customer service to the publicCompetencies: Forklift Licence essentialHeavy vehicle licence (Medium Rigid) desirable but not essentialGreat verbal and written communication skillsMathematical aptitudeAbility to adapt quickly, prioritise and problem solveGood computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)Good understanding of the local districtGood time management and organisational skillsWilling to undertake any required training to excel in this roleFull training is provided during the probationary period, along with ongoing support provided by office management and other administration staff.
