Depot Manager - Mid-Coast

We are seeking an experienced, people-orientated Depot Manager to run our Mid-Coast Branch and service the area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a great problem-solving attitude.
The main focus of the role will be to provide support with the onboarding of new employees into the business which can range from inductions to ensuring complete compliance in order to allow access to mine sites etc.
What you'll be doing Managing the overall operation of the Depot in our Mid-Coast location.Developing business opportunities in the mid-coast region (Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey).Overseeing the day-to-day fleet deployment and logistics activities, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Leading, training, and developing a team of production staff to drive productivity and efficiency.What we're looking for Significant experience in a depot management type role, preferably in the construction industry.A proven ability to build business through leveraging existing and new clients and delivering great outcomes.Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Why choose Active?
