About the Role MAX, Australia's premier gaming services provider, specializes in electronic gaming machine (EGM) monitoring, integrity services, and other gaming-related services for pubs, clubs, and similar venues.
Supporting these operations is our Deployment Team who arrange and coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering devices.
We're seeking a Deployment Coordinator to join us where you'll help plan and manage the deployment of gaming equipment and ensuring high-quality service for customers.
Specifically, you will: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to process deployment requests; Implement and manage daily scheduled gaming equipment jobs Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, paperwork, and processes.
Schedule and coordinate resources for gaming and wagering deployments.
Collaborate with other MAX teams to support seamless deployments identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks associated with deployments.
maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and industry standards.
About You To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, results-oriented and customer focussed.
You'll also possess: experience in a gaming environment with knowledge of gaming machine brands and products in QLD/NT excellent communication and interpersonal skills self-sufficient with proven task management and prioritization abilities demonstrated strengths with organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence; and intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
