The Recruitment and Systems Business Partner is a role within Organisational Development and Learning and is accountable to the Director, Organisational Development and Learning for:
Overseeing the provision of advice, training, and assistance to business units regarding the application of SA Public Sector and DHS recruitment policy, processes, and documentation.
Managing the ongoing development and configuration of the department's Human Capital Management System (HCMS) – MyHub – through coordination of DHS module leads, and the vendor.
Contributing to the development of wider attraction and recruitment strategies that will maximise the department's reach and positioning to applicants as an employer of choice.
Special Conditions National Police Check required.

Some out of hours work may be required.
