You'll also have access to patients from services in addition to dentistry such as cosmetic and wellness treatments Loyal team members – with long term DA's and Associates that have been there an average of 7 years. ABOUT YOU You're a high-performer and clinical expertise is important but the most important thing is your personality, relatability and exceptional communication skills to be able to build rapport and relationships with patients; Attitude and commitment to patient care as well as the willingness to listen and learn You prioritize patient experience and education and are able to be open in communication when it comes to treatment planning and costs You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures You have AHPRA registration without conditions You hold current professional indemnity insurance You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things Does this sound like you?
