Role OverviewBased in our Corrimal Practice, the Dental Sales Coordinator, or Treatment Coordinator as we call them, will engage with patients and manage their patient journey.
They are responsible for conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations and assisting our patients with understanding treatment options.
This is a sales-based role that requires a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face consultative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience: Act as a liaison between the dental office and patients and communicate treatment options, procedures, and financial aspects to patients in a clear and understandable manner.Treatment Planning: Assist dentists in creating comprehensive treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs and goals.Financial Coordination: Discuss the financial aspects of treatment with patients, including insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options.Scheduling: Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently, taking into account the patient's availability and the dentist's schedule.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, appointments, and financial transactions.Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and organisational development activities as required.Outbound Sales: Qualifying and closing warm leads generated from a variety of marketing and media campaigns.About YouWhile prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant is preferred, it is not necessary if you are a sales superstar with a strong sales background.
