As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver cost-effective services focused on population health, improving community well-being and fostering long-term health partnerships.
Your work will be key in delivering exceptional oral care and supporting patient health.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care within the scope of practice defined by AHPRA, adhering to Grampians Health clinical standards and policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical record standards.
Ensure efficient patient scheduling, time management, and patient flow to support effective service delivery.
Actively participate in quality improvement activities and review the effectiveness of dental services.
Support local partnerships and engage with the Grampians Region Oral Health Network to enhance service delivery and community health outcomes.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Oral Health Therapy or Dental Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
Operator licence for Irradiating Apparatus use (as per Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations).
Strong knowledge of contemporary dental practices, particularly for diverse populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult on dental services.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and manage diverse patient needs.
Commitment to continuous improvement in dental service delivery, particularly for disadvantaged groups.
