You will be overseeing the day to day running of the reception area and managing an appointment book.
The practice is based in a central location close to public transport, the practice offers a modern workplace with all the latest technology.
The practice has tenure with staff, and has many long term staff members.
Duties include: Making appointments Customer service Recalls Confirming appointments Invoicing Handling all calls About you: You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Reception role or combined DA/Reception position.
Attention to detail, proactive personality and ability to work well in a team will set you apart from the rest for this role.
