About the role
Join the team at Combined Demolition and Services as a full-time Demolition Supervisor. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient demolition of construction sites across the Adelaide, SA 5000 region. As a Demolition Supervisor, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of projects for our esteemed clients.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the demolition crew to ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement demolition plans and strategies to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption. Ensure all necessary permits, licenses and safety protocols are in place before commencing work. Monitor site conditions and adjust plans as needed to address any challenges or changes. Provide technical guidance and support to the demolition crew. Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Oversee the safe handling and disposal of demolition waste and materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of demolition methods, equipment and safety procedures. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals. Proficient in reading and interpreting demolition plans and drawings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant demolition qualifications and certifications. What we offer
