Salary Guide - $70-75k PA plus super.
Working closely with the senior Kitchen team, the Chef de Partie will: Assist Senior Chefs with the daily management of the venue Ensure food and menu quality is at its highest and meets set standards Assist in the reduction of food waste by following portion control standards Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen at all times To be successful in this role, you will have: A passion for food & ability to work independently A team player attitude, displayed in both internal kitchen teams and the greater business A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Previous experience in South American food desirable but not essential Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weeknights.
