What will I be doing? Prepping and cooking food for the restaurant, functions, and other outlets within the hotelAssisting the kitchen brigade with smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and top-tier servicePreparing high-quality dishes in an efficient, economical, and hygienic mannerEnsuring cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, strictly following food safety regulations (HACCP, FSMS)Collaborating with the team to maintain consistent, high-quality food outputAssisting in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staffWhat We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurantFull Australian working rights and a valid trade qualificationStrong cooking skills and knowledge of food safetyAble to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems calmlyA positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team, with great communication and problem-solving skillsPassion for culinary trends and a commitment to continuous learningFlexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekendsWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
