About the Role We are seeking energetic and analytical individuals to join our Demand Planning Team, which is expanding due to rapid growth in our mining division. The team is crucial for enhancing organizational performance and providing top-tier support to internal and external customers. As a Demand Planner, you will review and validate the inventory forecast and ensure timely communication of long and short-term demands.
This role offers unique career development opportunities within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Based in Adelaide, as a part of the role, you will be required to travel interstate to support our regional offices based in Perth (WA), Mackay (QLD) and/or Mt. Thorley (NSW).
You'll be great in this role because: You are technically competent and passionate about Demand Planning, with a dynamic personality that engages key stakeholders through your drive, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. You possess a solid understanding and experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain logistics, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Additionally, you have well-developed customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, and you are confident in your knowledge and abilities, presenting yourself in a professional manner.
Skills & Experience Preferred:
Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with experience in a Demand Planning role Excellent knowledge and application of Demand and Supply principles Exposure in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Proficient knowledge and experience in Power BI Exposure with planning in ERP systems Diversity & Inclusion Diversity and Inclusion sits at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
