Reporting to the Interim Demand and Supply Lead, your key duties will include:
Key Responsibilities: Manage demand inputs. System health for baseline forecast – statistical forecast generation. Account intelligence via collaboration with Business Unit Account managers. Accurate Product lifecycle input – New product; Transition and deletion. Key Customer collaboration for alignment of assumptions. Manage the Risks and Opportunities to the plan – costed for S&OP input. Coordinate the Handover process between S&OP and S&OE. Coordinate the S&OP Demand process for the Business Unit. Facilitate the portfolio management process, providing key outputs for decision making. Coordinate the budget volume build by Business Unit. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the demand and overall supply chain process. Responsible for professional growth through formal training opportunities, peer-to-peer learning and self-development. Key Objectives: Delivery of the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU. MAPE – weighted mean absolute percentage error – Lag 3 YOY reduction of forecast overrides. Service metrics as defined by the S&OP process. Working Capital (Inventory) – SS reduction. Forecast accuracy to supplier. Deliver CI programs to enhance the numerical metrics. Key Selection Criteria: Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships. 3 years plus of Demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies. 3 years plus of managing the Demand process in an S&OP or IBP environment. 3 years plus proficiency in Demand system platforms. Demonstrated customer focus. Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes. Product portfolio administration experience. Experience in External and Internal collaboration. Demonstrated strong influencing communication. Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel mandatory). Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
