About The Opportunity Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner, ANZ to support our Milwaukee customer and business plans. The focus of this role is to build a fit for purpose demand plan that ensures gaps, risks, and opportunities across the demand planning portfolio are understood and managed across the stakeholder base. Reporting directly to the Demand Planning Supervisor, you will be based at our brand-new offices situated in Notting Hill in a hybrid-based role. Your day to day will include:
Manage demand inputs from different sources. Manage system health for statistical forecast generation. Gather account intelligence via collaboration with Business Unit Account managers, Sales, and Finance. Control demand inputs such as dealer catalogues, new stores estimates, new business partners and monitor any demand changes to balance the stock across the different plants. Own the demand sensing and controlling process to ensure latest information is accurate and update into our systems. Provide accurate product lifecycle input regarding new products, transitions, and deletions. Question the assumptions and rationale behind the forecast to have a solid understanding of the increase or decrease. Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions. Manage the Risks and Opportunities to the plan – escalating any relevant risks. Coordinate the Handover process between S&OP and S&OE. Facilitate the portfolio management process, providing key outputs and insights for decision making. Generate KPI reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP process. Coordinate the budget volume build by Business Unit. About You You will have a proven track record in a similar Demand Planning role within a fast-paced supply chain environment with a flexible and adaptable approach to change. You are ready for a new challenge and have the following skills and attributes:
Strong analytical skills and well organized. Critical thinker who shows initiative. Experience in External and Internal collaboration and good influencing skills. Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes. Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups. Advanced Excel is important, and knowledge of Power Query and Power BI will be highly regarded.
