What you'll do: Deliver and implement strategic and tactical responses to AML/CTF typologies, leveraging your expertise in data analytics and modelling.Enhance AML/CTF System Detection and Customer Risk Management capabilities.Provide support to AML Operations, Financial Crime Compliance and other internal initiatives and projects related to AML/CTF detection strategies.Work alongside the manager to maintain a development and project roadmap for AML/CTF systems, ensuring alignment with current and future typologies.Identify gaps and system performance issues whilst implementing supportive controls to remediate.Deliver monthly operational and senior management reporting on AML/CTF & Fraud metrics, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.Undertake other duties as delegated contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation.
What you'll bring: Formal qualification in Technology, Information Systems or Data Analytics.Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Analytics / Technical Analyst / Data Scientist role showcasing your ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R or equivalent data analytics and modelling programming languages.Advanced proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent data visualisation or reporting tool.Previous experience in financial crime analytics highly desirable.
