Delivery Manager / Program Manager - IT TransformationWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to join a greenfield transformation program, leading a global M365 implementation that will impact over 50,000 users worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a multinational organisation as it embarks on a major IT transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Delivery overseeing the M365 program's full scope, governance, and delivery coordination, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Engage with global stakeholders across business units, vendors, and third-party teams to define deliverables and drive program success.Provide clear program updates to both executive and project groups, maintaining transparency and alignment.Collaborate with the Senior Change Manager to ensure all program activities support the broader change strategy.Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and governance roles.Preferred Requirements:Minimum 5 years managing large-scale IT transformation programs within a corporate setting.
