Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager – Materials and Equipment to join their dynamic team in Perth, contributing to the BP KRF Project.
This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering critical equipment and materials for a major project, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire procurement lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities As the Delivery Manager, you will:
Oversee the delivery of equipment and materials in line with the project schedule, managing the complete procurement lifecycle (RFQ, Supplier Bid Evaluation, Recommendation for Award, Manufacture, and Site Delivery).Ensure timely provision of input data, enabling the technical engineering team to develop RFQs, RFPs, and Engineering Work Packs efficiently.Drive and coordinate engineering document reviews internally and with the customer to maintain schedule integrity.Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and the engineering team to ensure the timely issuance of deliverables and clearances for procurement and fabrication.Ensure multi-discipline contributions for critical packages, including criticality assessments, TBE reviews, and document approvals.Regularly review Procurement and Expediting Status reports, taking proactive measures to eliminate blockers and maintain schedule momentum.What You'll Bring Engineering Expertise: A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with extensive project management experience in medium to large-scale projects within the oil & gas or refinery sectors.Procurement Knowledge: Strong EPC/EPCM background with a thorough understanding of the procurement lifecycle for equipment and materials.Technical Acumen: Ability to interface effectively with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring the smooth execution and closure of orders.Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to liaising with diverse stakeholders.Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter with strong problem-resolution skills and the agility to adapt to dynamic project schedules.Take on this exciting role and be at the forefront of delivering excellence in the BP KRF Project.
