What role will you play?As a Delivery Manager, you will manage and build strong relationships with the project team, cross-functional teams and wider delivery group. You will lead and oversee the team's execution of continuous service delivery, stakeholder relationships, scoping and planning of resource allocation, budgets and risk management.
You will identify potential risks and strategies to minimise delivery disruptions and maintain timelines and work to optimise outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders and the organisation.
What you offer4+ years of experience in Scrum Mastery, Delivery or Project Management with recent exposure to projects and service delivery within institutional banking or financial services industry.Demonstrable experience in different project management methodologies and common practices such as Agile and Waterfall.Experience in managing and reporting on technology projects within Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.Adept at utilising efficient stakeholder engagement strategies within a challenging business environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to initiate and lead conversations with team members technical and non-technical, business stakeholders, business leaders and risk management colleagues.BenefitsMacquarie employees can access a wide range of benefits which, depending on eligibility criteria, include:
