About the Role 12 Months ContractCanberra LocationFederal GovernmentWe're looking for a skilled Delivery Manager with a proven track record in coordinating complex projects and managing cross-functional teams. You have excellent organizational and communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate teams, identify dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Your ability to work collaboratively and navigate through different technologies and outcomes will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities Coordinate work across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Allocate resources effectively to ensure each team is adequately resourced.Identify dependencies between teams and manage them effectively.Liaise with clients' programs and portfolio management practices to ensure delivery remains on track.Monitor progress and address any issues or risks that may impact delivery.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize productivity and morale.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management.Proven track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Experience working with program and portfolio management practices is a plus.Why Fujitsu?
