Manage the delivery of key Capital Projects to ensure the sustainable future of Hydro Tasmania's renewable generation assets. Leading the development and delivery of major, non-routine works, to quality, on time and on budget. Work with some of our most iconic Hydro assets across Tasmania.Position based in either North or South of the state.Salary range from $150,000+ (based on experience) plus super. About You: As an experienced Delivery or Program Manager you have a demonstrated ability to deliver the full life cycle of projects from planning and scheduling through to implementation and shutdown or outage management. With lived experience managing high-pressure, time-critical projects such as large-scale production shutdowns, you bring strategic thinking and commercial acumen into the equation when making business critical decisions. Equipped with exceptional influencing skills, you can navigate negotiations, problem-solving, and analytical challenges, within the context of ambiguity and change, while ensuring strict adherence to quality, schedules and budgets, addressing changes through robust control and governance mechanisms.
About the role: As a senior member of the team, you will lead and manage a dynamic group responsible for delivering major projects and outages to support the refurbishment of Hydro's iconic assets. Your responsibilities will include rigorous development and review of business cases, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and driving full project life cycles from planning, scheduling through to implementation and shutdown management. As Delivery Manager you will managing technical objectives, budgets and schedules, leading the development of fit-for-purpose solutions, delivering value and continuous improvement.
